CIPCO works with its member systems to offer coordinated strategic incentives and value-added programs and services. We support our member systems through initiatives that enable them to successfully develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the programs and services being offered. In addition to annual workshops on energy efficiency, other training sessions include topics such as customer service, technical training, communication skills and personal development.
